Hao started as a financial advisor in 2012 and quickly found joy in investment analytics. He has been a portfolio manager since 2014, overseeing investment portfolios for individuals and institutions. Prior to joining Consilio Wealth Advisors, Hao managed over $4 billion for 80+ advisors at a large independent advisory firm.

Hao graduated from California State University Sacramento with a B.S. in Business Management, concentration in Finance. He also earned his Master's Degree in Business Management, concentration in Entrepreneurship and Global Business. In 2023, Hao became a CFA charterholder, further propelling his investment knowledge and passion.

Hao and his wife live in Northern California with their two children along with their rescue dog, Mr. Georgie. They are active in the deaf and hard of hearing community where they are currently learning ASL.
